I hope Portsmouth Ave inbound to High Street is first on the list this Spring. It is really in tough shape. Hey, when picking up mail at the Post Office held during your vacation do you answer the clerks question as to “How was your vacation?”, at length, with a line out the door? If you are dashing into the Post Office to mail a letter and someone exiting says” I hope you brought your lunch” do you laugh? When there is a line out the door and you need stamps do you ask to see a fan of all available stamps? “Oh those are nice, wait let me see those marigolds again” A family of 6 in front of you may signal a passport adventure, get out your ham sandwich. I miss the wanted posters too, at least it was something to do while waiting, the aliases were always fun. When are we going to get a new location for the Post Office? I hope the new location is near a ups store/fed ex joint.
